When Katelyn is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, especially on the lake. Katelyn and her husband, John, have two boys, John Jr. and William and a Westie pup, Finley. Katelyn also enjoys traveling, going to concerts, spa days and dining out with girlfriends.

Katelyn Adkins Consulting will help facilitate communication between your clients, the Co-Op agent, the closing attorney’s office and the mortgage lender from the moment you go under contract through closing! We’ll handle all of the administrative tasks and details to ensure you and your client have the smoothest transaction possible. We’ll keep everyone updated, confirm all deadlines are met and make certain that we close on time.
We are experts in the day to day tasks and excel in the details so that you can focus on generating business. We call, we text, and we email when you are out in the field and unavailable.
